Choose my punishment. - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog We currently have 500 people around the world beta-testing HeartCount, a better way to measure?team happiness, and last Friday the system?had a couple of fairly serious bugs. That sucks. Were only two weeks into the beta period and my biggest fear is that this will make users?lose faith in the system. Local managers sometimes reportedly adopt female personas when sending messages to drivers because the company seems to get better responses that way. Uber says that drivers are always free to work as much or as little as they want. But Ryan Calo, a law professor at the University of Washington, told the Times that the companyâs masterful usage of data and psychological is exploitive. âWeâre talking about this kind of manipulation that literally affects peopleâs income,â he said.
